Sean Graham
Co-Founder & Visionary
Sean is the founder, owner, and operator of Maven Equities, a commercial real estate syndication company with a focus on self-storage opportunities. He started his real estate journey by house-hacking small multi-family properties before launching Maven and going full-time with real estate investing.
Sean continues to manage his own portfolio of residential rental properties while also investing in and developing self-storage facilities. Sean is a registered CPA with a background in public accounting and private equity.
Ali Ahmed
Operations and Head of Sales
Ali, known as “The Bee,” combines his academic background in Biology and Pathology with over six years of experience in the medical field, virtual assistance, and management.
He was the inaugural hire by Sean and Jordan to lead operations and spearhead sales at Maven Success. Instrumental in establishing our current workflows and processes, Ali continually drives their optimization.
His ambition aligns with the company’s growth goals, as he aims to elevate Maven Success to a multi-million dollar enterprise. Beyond his professional talents in science, medicine, and sales, Ali also pursues interests in gaming and multilingual voice acting.
Samar Nasseh
HR & Recruiting Manager
Meet Samar, the powerhouse behind our HR efforts at Maven Success. She’s got a special talent for finding the right people – she’s the one who chats with potential assistants, checks out their skills, and makes sure they’re a great fit for Your team.
While her journey leads towards becoming a lawyer in the future, Samar’s super excited about what she’s doing now. Being part of the HR team feels really good – she gets to help out, learn new things, and see herself grow. She’s also hitting the books hard to make her dream of being a lawyer come true!
But that’s not all – Samar’s also got big dreams about starting her own business someday. She’s learning from everything she’s doing now to make it happen.
Outside of work, Samar loves sports and music. They’re not just things she does for fun; they’re a big part of who she is.
