What is a virtual assistant (VA) or remote employee?
A virtual assistant is a remote employee who will work for your company remotely from anywhere in the world. All work that can be done remotely, can be handled by remote employees. Think of everything that can be done from the internet or computer!
What do we charge?
We charge a one-time fee of 35% of the virtual employee’s estimated annual salary.

Ex. Social Media Manager: At an annual salary of ~$10,000/yr, our charge is 35% of $10,000 or $3,500 as a one time fee.

How much do full-time virtual employees cost?

We recommend using Wise.com or Payoneer.com however, Paypal.com can also be used. Different platforms work better with different countries. Talk to your VA to determine what platform will work best for them.
How do I train a VA?

Training a VA is a collaborative process. Your involvement in this process will ensure a smooth transition and help your VA understand your specific needs. Onboard and train your VA the same as you would for an in-office employee.

How do you guarantee that I get a quality remote employee?

We understand the concern of ending up with a VA who doesn’t meet your expectations. That’s why we provide a 60-day guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your remote professional, we will find you a replacement free of cost.

What is your retention guarantee for virtual assistants?

Do I need to issue my remote employee a 1099 for tax purposes?

We recommend that you verify with your CPA, but it is our understanding that if your remote employee is not a U.S. taxpayer and all contracted services are performed outside the U.S., then you do not need to issue a 1099. However, you do need to request the contractor to complete Form W-8BEN, which certifies that the contractor is not a U.S. taxpayer. The W-8BEN is not submitted to the IRS, however, it will support your reasoning for not issuing a 1099 in the case of an audit.
